I’m Kate Everett-Allen an ILM Level 7 Certified Executive Coach with over 30 years of commercial experience working with senior leaders, boards and international organisations. My background in research, strategy and international real estate means I understand the pressures of leadership, high-stakes decisions and navigating complexity.
I work with senior executives and leaders who want to think differently, lead with greater confidence and make change that actually lasts. That might mean:
